Return and Refund Policy
Handsets
All handsets are sold with a 1/2 month warranty, handsets that are returned with faults excluding accidental damage will be repaired free of charge as long as it’s in the warranty period, if the handset cannot be repaired we will exchange it for another. There is no refund on used handsets.
Accessories
All accessories are sold new, faulty accessories will be exchanged only, with no refund on any accessories.
Delivery
Any order purchased before 12 will be delivered the same day with royal mail depending on the delivery which you choose.
Privacy
All customer details we keep safe we don’t share with anyone some details we delete them securely.
