Return and refund policy 

Handsets

All handsets are sold with 1/2 month warranty,handsets that are returned with faults excluding accidental damage will be repaired free of charge as long as its in the warranty period,if the handset cannot be repaired we will exchange for another.There is no refund on used handsets.

Accessories 

All accessories are sold new,faulty accessories will be exchanged only,no refund on any accessories.

Delivery 

Any order purchase before 12 will deliver same day with royal mail depend on delivery which you chose.

Privacy

All customer details we keep safe we don't share with any one some details we delete them securely.
